Leigh East are pleased to see Taylor Pemberton become the latest player to sign scholarship forms for a professional club. Pemberton, one of the stand out players in our Under-14s has signed with St Helens on a scholarship starting in September.

We all hope that he rises to the challenge and brings the best of this experience back to the club and his team mates.

Speaking of Taylor chairman Dave Coyle said,

"As Chairman and Coach I would like to congratulate Taylor Pemberton from our u14’s in receiving a Scholarship with St Helens Rugby League.

"Taylor has worked very hard over the years and has improved in all aspects of the game and I know if he keeps listening and learning he will go a very long way.

"Well done again son."
